After having nothing but bad experiences with contractors, ProStruct Builders renewed my hope in the whole process. After terrible damage to our roof during a storm here in Cave Cree Arizona, my neighbor referred me to ProStruct Builders. They were very easy to contact and deal with. My wife and I were going to pay for a new roof out of savings but instead they helped us file a claim with our homeowners insurance. My rep was there every step of the way for the claim and got insurance to pay for the complete replacement of our roof which saved us a ton of money. I am very happy with the absolute whole experience and would strongly recommend working with the ProStruct Builders team!

I am surprised by the good reviews of this business.  Unfortunately we did not have a good experience.  We have been ghosted by them several times with no good communication.  They first signed the contract under Prostruct and before we could actually have our roof it was changed to Mission Restoration.  Immediately I was worried.  Anyway, our roof is on and it looks ok.  The one thing that bothered me was that they sent a letter from their attorney's office for the 2 times the money that was agreed on the contract.  We tried to call the guy (project manager) several times saying that we have our check ready for the job.  He never showed up or returned our calls or our emails.  We decided to directly to the office.  Something fishy here.  They have several staff doing collection calls.  If this was delayed another week they would have a put a lien on our house and it would have been hard to remove it unless you pay full.  We ensured that we got the receipt as paid as full before we left the office.  Just be careful and get everything in writing and you also keep your communication via email so you have your records straight

Very professional, took the stress off of dealing with insurance! Andy Nichols was always available to answer questions or concerns, he treated us like we were his only clients! The crew took great care when installing the roof to protect the property and left it clean! I would highly recommend this fast and friendly, throughly accurate company!

I cannot say enough great things about Chad and ProStruct builders. We just got finished with a roof installation and the process was great. They started early, stayed late and brought a big crew to complete the work quickly. The results were fantastic, and the cleanup was top notch. Highly recommend.

We have been ghosted by this company. It started out as a good experience then went south rather fast. Our contact person contacted our insurance and we paid our deductible and received a check. The very small check we received will not cover much. We were told that they would work with the insurance to get more of the costs covered. That’s went all communication stopped. It has been since September 18 and have only been followed up with once. I have left several messages too. Now we need to look for a new roofing company and pay more out of pocket then we were anticipating.
