About the Role

As a Project Manager at Mission Restoration, you will play a key role in connecting with potential clients, assessing their needs, and guiding them through the restoration process, you will ensure a smooth transition from client interest to project completion. You’ll also utilize your project management experience to oversee and coordinate the restoration process.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients by conducting door-to-door outreach, networking, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Assess client needs and offer appropriate restoration and roofing solutions.

• Guide clients through the insurance claims process, helping them understand the steps and benefits.

• Oversee and manage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

• Provide accurate, timely, and detailed documentation of all client interactions and project progress.

• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in outside sales or customer service, preferably with door-to-door or direct sales experience.

• Project management experience in restoration is highly preferred.

• Experience handling insurance claims and knowledge of the restoration industry is a plus.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.

• Ability to quickly establish rapport with clients and close sales.

Pay range and compensation package
