Schedule Your Insurance Adjustment🗓️

  • When your insurance adjuster calls, schedule the inspection at least 3 days out.

  • Share the date and time with us right away so we can attend.

  • Having us on site helps ensure your claim is handled correctly from the start.

  • We will meet you at the insurance adjustment to review your property together.

  • Our goal is to get your claim approved on the first visit.

  • Sometimes the insurance company may request additional proof.

  • If that happens, we will keep working on your behalf until approval is secured.

  • Once you receive your insurance estimate or related documents, send them to us right away.

  • This allows us to continue negotiations with your insurance company.

Choose Colors, Upgrades, & Warranties 🎨

  • We will meet to review the full scope of work.

  • You will select your roof color with optional upgrades and warranty packages.

  • This is the fun part where you get to personalize your new roof.

Materials Delivery and First Payment 📦

  • Materials delivered directly to your property.First payment collected from your insurance or from you (if paying in cash).

  • Installation date scheduled once payment and delivery are complete.

Installation Day 🛠️

On installation day:

  • Ensure vehicles are out of the driveway.

  • Unlock gates.

  • Move personal items away from the edge of the roof, if possible.

  • You do not need to be home during installation.

  • Most installations take 1 to 2 days to complete.

Final Invoice and Warranty Start 🏠

Once your roof is complete:

  • Final invoice sent to your insurance company.

  • Insurance releases remaining funds to us.

  • Your warranty begins, providing peace of mind for years to come.
