Considering Adding Solar?
Most homeowners are surprised by how much they’re paying each month just to rely on the utility. Solar flips that, giving you lower, more predictable energy costs, added home value, and energy independence. When installed at the same time as a new roof, you can lock in a lower rate and often go $0 out of pocket.

Types of Damage
-

Dry Rot
Dry rot roof damage occurs when moisture gets trapped in wood, causing fungus to break it down. Over time, the wood becomes weak and brittle, leading to structural issues and potential roof failure.
-

Organic Growth
Organic growth roof damage happens when algae, moss, or mold grow on the roof due to trapped moisture. Over time, it can deteriorate shingles, trap water, and lead to premature roof wear or leaks.
-

Nails Popping
Nail popping roof damage occurs when roofing nails loosen and push up through the shingles over time. This can create small openings that allow water to seep in, leading to leaks and further roof damage.
-

Wind Damage
Wind roof damage happens when strong gusts lift, loosen, or tear off shingles. This exposes the roof to water intrusion and can lead to leaks and further structural damage.
-

Impact/Hail Damage
Impact or hail roof damage occurs when hailstones strike the roof, cracking or bruising shingles. This weakens their protective layer and can lead to leaks and premature roof failure.
