Low Slope Roofing

Modified Bitumen

  • Durable, resists punctures and foot traffic better than some membranes.

  • Affordable upfront cost compared to newer systems.

  • Heavier system compared to TPO or foam.

Thermoplastic Olefin

  • Highly reflective white surface lowers cooling costs (energy efficient). Welded seams are strong and watertight. Resistant to chemicals, UV rays, and weathering.

  • Lightweight, easy to install and maintain.

  • Can be prone to punctures if not properly protected.

Foam

  • Seamless and fully adhered (no weak points for leaks). Highest insulation value (R-value) per inch, reducing energy costs. Self-flashing around penetrations and edges (great for complex roofs).

  • Long lifespan if maintained (20–30+ years with recoat cycles).

  • Lightweight yet strong; can extend roof life with recoating.
