Frequently Asked Questions

Will my homeowners insurance pay for my damaged roof?

The short answer: Sometimes.

The long answer: If you have had significant damage to the exterior of your home, we suggest contacting a licensed restoration professional for an inspection before you file a claim. This can save you time as the professional can tell you what can wait and what needs action now. If your claim won't get approved, why have an unnecessary negative mark on your file?

Post inspection, your dedicated representative can help guide you through the necessary steps to secure your property from further damage and assist you in prepping the documentation needed to file your claim. Ensuring that you have someone to represent you at the date of your adjustment is key to the best shot at getting an approval.

Post adjustment, always have your contractor provide any additional documentation and estimates to your insurance carrier as to not have any unsuspected costs arise during your installation.

Finally, have your contractor submit good completion photos to your carrier to ensure that they will release all remaining funds to you and close out your claim properly.

Do you offer financing?

Yes we do! We have the lowest rates available with as long of a term as you need. A new roof could cost you less than $100/mo. Not a bad price to pay for peace of mind.

What types of roofing do you do?

We do it all! Shingle, designer shingle, flat roofing (single-ply, 2-ply, & 3-ply), concrete tile, clay tile, metal (closed and exposed fastener), built-up roofing (foam & elastomeric coatings), and more.

Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?

Yes we are! Plus we have certified to install every product in our catalog from their manufacturers. Also, we are listed in all local contractor associations for the markets we serve.
